Clay Face Mask: COLLAGEN: Love, Kaolin Clay, Kelp powder*, German Chamomile oil, carrot seed oil.

Seaweed Powder is a natural form of collagen, can improve skin tone as it has the ability to penetrate deep into the skin aiding in skin restoration & rejuvenation. Kaolin clay, gently draws impurities from the skin leaving it plump, juicy & soft. Carrot seed essential oil aids to firm & chamomile oil to soothe & calm.

BALANCE: love*, kaolin clay, red iron oxide powder, coconut milk, calendula flower extract, aloe vera juice powder*, chamomile flower extract, lavender essential oil* certified organic.

Ideal for dry or sensitive skin, including conditions such as acne, pink clay is rich in silica, known to improve skin elasticity & cell renewal. Konjac Sponge: 100% natural, made from the Konjac vegetable plant root (similar to a potato), making it vegan, sustainable and home compostable!

Being pH neutral it helps to maintain the natural ph levels of the skin, protecting it from bacterial and environmental damage.

Naturally coloured with French Red Clay, Turmeric, Green Tea, Charcoal or Pure white.

They are perfect for all skin types and suitable for delicate skin as they are a gentle exfoliator. However each colour has unique properties from the natural ingredient they are coloured with. If you have a particular skin type, we recommend choosing based on the following guide;

PURE WHITE – For Sensitive or All skin types with no added extras. It gently cleanses and soothes the skin by removing dirt and oil without damaging the skin and naturally restoring the pH level.

CHARCOAL – For Oily, acne prone and problematic skin. Bamboo Charcoal contains activated carbon and essential minerals to deeply cleanse the lower dermal layers and absorb excess sebum and grime, effectively treating and preventing spots, blackheads and breakouts.

GREEN TEA – For Combination, UV Damaged or Dry skin. Green tea is known for it's antioxidants that help protect the skin from damaging effects. Its nourishing and moisturising properties are great for UV damage, computer radiation or anti-ageing as it helps repair, moisten and soften the skin.

FRENCH RED CLAY – For Mature, Dry or Sensitive skin. Red Clay is rich in Iron Oxide and has nourishing and soothing effects for irritated, sunburnt, sensitive or dry skin. Leaving the skin radiant, hydrated and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and broken capillaries. It can also help treat Rosacea.

TURMERIC – For Mature skin. Turmeric has incredible anti-ageing and anti-inflammatory qualities with a boost of antioxidants. The healing and antiseptic properties of Turmeric helps to fight free radical damage, improve elasticity and encourage better circulation to fight the signs of ageing such as fine lines.

Clay Face Mask: Perfect for all skin types the Collagen face mask may aid in skin restoration & rejuvenation while the Balance pink clay mask calms and soothes skin to promote a radiant & balanced complexion.

Mix a small amount with water to form a thick paste. Apply to face, make a cuppa, pop your feet up & let it dry. Remove gently with warm water & face washer for extra exfoliation & finish with your favourite face oil.

Konjac Sponge: The Konjac sponge is the perfect way to gently cleanse and exfoliate your face, stimulating blood flow in a natural way.

The sponge will be hard when dry so rinse before use and squeeze a few times until it softens. Massage into skin in circular motions either on its own or with a small amount of cleanser. Rinse sponge after use and hang to dry.

It will last up to 3 months with daily use then just dispose of it in your compost (or normal bin if you don't have a compost).

When dried it is approx. 7.5cm Diameter, 3cm height. When wet the sponge will expand and take its own softer shape.

Incense Sticks: Uplifting, grounding or calming scents that will transport you to another place. 100% natural and Australian made.

Includes 10 Incense Sticks. Apx 10 hours burn time

Place incense stick in holder and ignite the tip. Burn for 5 seconds before blowing out the flame. Sit back and enjoy the smoulder and fragrance as it uplifts your senses.

Please Note: Always burn under supervision and keep out of reach of children. Burn in a well ventilated room.

Plantable Gift Card: 1. Choose an appropriate spot to plant your seeded paper (see details below)
2. Plant the paper (a single layer is best) under 3-5mm of quality soil.
3. Water thoroughly.
4. Ensure the seeded paper is kept moist throughout the germination period.
5. Keep protected from extreme weather if outside.

Oregano is a culinary herb. It prefers well-draining soil in full sun and can grow to a height of around 30cm. While it can tolerate cool conditions, it should be protected from frosts. Planting is best done when conditions are warmer. Germination in warm conditions usually occurs in approximately 7 to 14 days. It can be grown in containers.

Seeds are interspersed throughout the seeded paper. So feel free to tear it up and plant in several different places around your garden, or in multiple pots. If using soil from garden shops we recommend using new seed raising mix to plant your seeded paper in. The best advice we can give regarding planting your seeded paper is to keep it moist throughout the germination period. If the seeded paper is allowed to dry out after its initial watering, it may contract slightly and damage delicate seedlings which may have begun to sprout.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).
