Do you ship Internationally?

Do you offer local PICK UP?

Yes, we offer local pick up in Marrickville (Enmore side), Select local pick up at checkout and make sure you leave a contact email or phone number so we can coordinate timings. Please drop us a line at hello@zilch.store or via instagram if you have any questions.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

Why don't you offer express? 

Express shipping is an ethical dilemma for us. The carbon footprint of air freight just isn't something we like to have on our conscience.

Plus - we think you guys get it. If you're shopping here then you probably are on board with that so thank you for your understanding.

How do I track my order?

With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?

Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days: 

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

    The estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. For the most up to date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

    If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

    Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered. 

    Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

    Help, my delivery address is wrong!

    We’ve all done it…

    Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

    Is it possible my parcel did not arrive? 

    If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

    What if I was not home when they delivered?

    No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).

    Other

    We are thrilled with the delivery providers we work with and are confident your parcel will arrive in the timeframe as mentioned above. If for some reason your package arrives later, we cannot be held responsible for the delay. We only wish we could hand deliver our gorgeous parcels :). Thank you for understanding!
