We love this female-founded brand’s commitment to a cleaner future. They want to disrupt the plastic economy with a goal to stop two million plastic products from entering landfill.

For every 2L single-use plastic bottle they prevent from being used and thrown away, they plant a tree. Coconut derived surfactants: Plant-based cleanser
Citric Acid: provides the right pH for your skin so it cleans without drying
Sodium Bicarbonate: Cleaning aid
Potassium Sorbate: Maintains shelf life, nature identical (equivalent to molecule found in fruits)
Sodium Benzonate: Maintains shelf life, nature identical (equivalent to molecule found in fruits)

Because they want to support local livelihoods as well as keeping tabs on their carbon footprint, they are committed to sourcing their ingredients from Australian businesses. When faced with production capacity overflow, they contract the filling and packing for some of their products to Brunswick Industries, a social enterprise that provides employment to people living with disabilities.

Always empty powder into bottle first before slowly adding warm water.
1. Pour 1 Natural All Purpose refill sachet into your bottle
2. Add 500ml warm water
3. Leave to dissolve (approximately 30 minutes)

The powdered refills inside the sealed sachets have a shelf life of 24 months. Once the powders are diluted with water, it is best to use it up within 4 months.

Sachets are made from corn and certified home compostable. Dispose of them in the home compost, worm farm or with your food and organic matter waste.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

How do I track my order?
With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

The estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. For the most up to date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).

We are thrilled with the delivery providers we work with and are confident your parcel will arrive in the timeframe as mentioned above. If for some reason your package arrives later, we cannot be held responsible for the delay. We only wish we could hand deliver our gorgeous parcels :). Thank you for understanding!
