HERO INGREDIENTS
Australian Apricot Kernel Oil: Great for all skin types, especially dry, sensitive, and mature skin, Apricot Kernel Oil is a super-absorbent and nourishing oil. Packed with vitamins A and E, plus fatty acids like oleic and linoleic acid, it makes a perfect ingredient for after-sun care products.

Australian Avocado Oil: Praised for deeply moisturising dry, flaky skin and provides a protective barrier between your skin and the elements. We guarantee that our Avocado oil comes from Australian growers only, to ensure good working conditions and low transport miles.

Australian Jojoba Oil: Extremely high in Vitamin E for UV, free-radical and pollutant protection. Suitable for all skin types and a low comedogenic oil, which means it does not clog pores.

Cucumber Seed Oil: Rich in antioxidants, and highly moisturising, yet light in consistency. Contains a significant percentage of oleic acid and linoleic acid. An effective anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and fantastic emollient for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Where it's made

In Victoria, Australia, by Winki Zinc founder Belinda, who has a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and environmental education.

They are operated by a 100% solar powered lab and office, and all their products are made in Australia. Their supply chains are short and transparent, with 90% of their ingredients being sourced from Australian growers.

HOW TO USE:
Apply the oil to your face generously and massage into your skin for 1-2 minutes, allowing the oil to dissolve make-up, sunscreen and dirt.

Wipe away excess oil with a warm, damp cloth or re-usable cleansing pad.

For dry skin types, we recommend moisturising afterwards. For all other skin types, the beneficial oils are often enough to keep your skin dewy and hydrated.

How to dispose of it

RECYCLE ME:
Bottle & Lid: Either throw your empty aluminium bottle in your recycle bin with lid on, or refill it with something else.

Cork gasket: The inner cork gasket can be left in the bottle for recycling or it can be home composted. If left inside the lid, it will be incinerated during aluminium recycling, which is normal.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

How do I track my order?
With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

The estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. For the most up to date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).

We are thrilled with the delivery providers we work with and are confident your parcel will arrive in the timeframe as mentioned above.
