Konjac Sponge: 100% natural, made from the Konjac vegetable plant root (similar to a potato), making it vegan, sustainable and home compostable! Being pH neutral it helps to maintain the natural ph levels of the skin, protecting it from bacterial and environmental damage.

Naturally coloured with French Red Clay, Turmeric, Green Tea, Charcoal or Pure white. They are perfect for all skin types and suitable for delicate skin as they are a gentle exfoliator. However each colour has unique properties from the natural ingredient they are coloured with. If you have a particular skin type, we recommend choosing based on the following guide;

PURE WHITE – For Sensitive or All skin types with no added extras. It gently cleanses and soothes the skin by removing dirt and oil without damaging the skin and naturally restoring the pH level.

CHARCOAL – For Oily, acne prone and problematic skin. Bamboo Charcoal contains activated carbon and essential minerals to deeply cleanse the lower dermal layers and absorb excess sebum and grime, effectively treating and preventing spots, blackheads and breakouts.

GREEN TEA – For Combination, UV Damaged or Dry skin. Green tea is known for it's antioxidants that help protect the skin from damaging effects. Its nourishing and moisturising properties are great for UV damage, computer radiation or anti-ageing as it helps repair, moisten and soften the skin.

FRENCH RED CLAY – For Mature, Dry or Sensitive skin. Red Clay is rich in Iron Oxide and has nourishing and soothing effects for irritated, sunburnt, sensitive or dry skin. Leaving the skin radiant, hydrated and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and broken capillaries. It can also help treat Rosacea.

TURMERIC – For Mature skin. Turmeric has incredible anti-ageing and anti-inflammatory qualities with a boost of antioxidants. The healing and antiseptic properties of Turmeric helps to fight free radical damage, improve elasticity and encourage better circulation to fight the signs of ageing such as fine lines.

Naked to minimise impact.

Bamboo Dish Brush: 100% natural, biodegradable and home compostable materials. Sisal Fibre, which is a by product from the Agave plant when making tequila - the perfect natural alternative to plastic bristles. Combined with an ergonomic bamboo handle with a protective finish of non-toxic Linseed Oil and a Jute Cord to give the option to hang the brush to dry between uses which extends the longevity of the dish brush.

Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on the planet, It can grow 3 feet in height in 24 hours making it a very environmentally sustainable material to use.

Konjac Sponge: Made ethically in China.

Bamboo Dish Brush: Made ethically in China.

Swedish Dish Cloth: Made ethically in Sweden.

Shampoo Bar: Simply lather up in the shower and run the bar through your hair. Leave in for 2-3 minutes and wash out. That's it!

Konjac Sponge: The sponge will be hard when dry so rinse before use and squeeze a few times until it softens. Massage into skin in circular motions either on its own or with a small amount of cleanser. Rinse sponge after use and hang to dry.

It will last up to 3 months with daily use then just dispose of it in your compost (or normal bin if you don't have a compost).

When dried it is approx. 7.5cm Diameter, 3cm height. When wet the sponge will expand and take its own softer shape.

Bamboo Dish Brush: We recommend that you store in a dry sunny position when not in use and allow the brush to dry out between uses to extend the longevity.

Swedish Dish Cloth: This feels a bit like the airline videos of how to put on your seatbelt, buuuut — if this is the first time you've ever used a cloth in your life, you'll be glad to know it's very easy! Just wet the cloth and drop it on spills to soak them up, or run over counter tops and appliances in smooth zen motions. Chuck it in the dishwasher or washing machine once a week and it'll spruce right up. Magic.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

How do I track my order?
With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).

We are thrilled with the delivery providers we work with and are confident your parcel will arrive in the timeframe as mentioned above.
