Why we love it

We absolutely love the family story behind these all natural bars. Handmade using the traditional cold processed method, and made from some ingredients off their farm, each bar has 4-6 week curing time for a milder and gentler soap.

What's inside

ROSE: French Red Clay is full of silica and trace minerals and is used to maintain an even textured skin, as well as improving skin elasticity. The scent of this bar comes from Rose Geranium essential oil, which has a very pleasant and uplifting aroma and has been shown to reduce inflammation and irritation of the skin. Sweet almond oil is added for its skin nourishing benefits as it is high in vitamin E, which helps to keep skin cells healthy and retain moisture. This bar also works beautifully as a face bar.

LEMON MYRTLE: Lemon Myrtle is a powerful cleanser that helps to balance the skin’s natural oils, without stripping them away and has astringent and antibacterial properties.
Macadamia oil is high in monounsaturated fatty acids, which are very moisturising, regenerating and softening on the skin. The linoleic acid (omega 6) in macadamia nut oil also helps to restore the skin’s barrier function.

EUCALYPTUS: Activated coconut charcoal and native Australian eucalyptus is used in this bar for its cleansing and purifying benefits. Combined with the Australian native Eucalyptus which has anti-inflammatory properties and a unique fresh and clean aroma, this bar is gentle enough to use on the face and is ideal for acne prone skin.

CALENDULA: best known for its natural anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and soothing effects is considered a very effective herbal remedy for skin problems such as rashes, scratches, chapped skin, damaged skin and eczema. This bar is unscented and suitable for sensitive skin, including children and babies.

SPENT COFFEE: Church Farm have teamed up with Three Blue Ducks to collect their spent coffee grounds and turn them into soap! Not only are they making good use of an otherwise waste product, the coffee grounds also act as a natural exfoliant. This bar also contains hemp seed oil to keep it ultra-moisturising and lemongrass essential oil which adds a fresh uplifting lemon scent.

Cmaaaaan you must have used soap before! Just in case you haven’t, take the bar and hold briefly under warm running water. Lather in the palms of your hands, and coat hands and fingers, washing for the length of two verses of Happy Birthday. For longer lasting soap, Church Farm’s advice is to keep the bars dry and in a well drained position in-between uses, and away from direct streams of running water.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

How do I track my order?
With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

The estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. For the most up to date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).

Other
We are thrilled with the delivery providers we work with and are confident your parcel will arrive in the timeframe as mentioned above. If for some reason your package arrives later, we cannot be held responsible for the delay. We only wish we could hand deliver our gorgeous parcels :). Thank you for understanding!
