They are operated by a 100% solar powered lab and office, and all their products are made in Australia. Their supply chains are short and transparent, with 90% of their ingredients being sourced from Australian growers.

Face Scrubbies: With love by our founder in Sydney – keeping her hands busy while watching tv. They are made to order so allow an extra day before delivery for these ones.

EcoSticks: CARE FOR YOUR STICK:
To open – Gently push the bottom disc to dispense zinc. If it comes up too far, tap the tube on a flat surface. Avoid pushing down with your fingers!
To close – Wipe any zinc residue off the rim before replacing the lid. Gently place the lid on without forcing it. A slight twist to the right usually secures it in place.

HOW TO USE: Face Zinc
Apply directly to the face as the final step in your beauty routine - i.e. over primer, after makeup – or simply use it on its own. Reapply as desired.
Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure

HOW TO USE: Lip Zinc
Apply balm liberally to lips (...or cheeks!) before heading out in the sun and reapply as needed.

NATURAL BEAUTY HINT:
Layer Sunslayer SPF50 underneath the tinted face zinc for maximum protection and keep this tube in your bag to reapply as desired.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Always wear sunscreen when spending long periods of time outdoors.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure, and make sure you re-apply frequently in accordance with directions.
Sunscreen is only one component of sun protection so always wear a hat, protective clothing and eyewear when you’re in the sun.
Store below 30 degrees celsius away from direct sunlight.

Oil Cleanser: HOW TO USE:
Apply the oil to your face generously and massage into your skin for 1-2 minutes, allowing the oil to dissolve make-up, sunscreen and dirt.

Wipe away excess oil with a warm, damp cloth or re-usable cleansing pad.

For dry skin types, we recommend moisturising afterwards. For all other skin types, the beneficial oils are often enough to keep your skin dewy and hydrated.

To remove eye make moisten scrubbie with warm water & gently remove makeup. Rinse scrubbie well and hang to dry between uses.

For oil cleansing or hard to remove makeup, use warm damp scrubbie to moisten skin on face. Apply cleansing oil or your favourite makeup remover or cleanser. Use warm damp scrubbie in circular motions to remove oil, gently exfoliate & promote blood circulation.

Cotton Face scrubbies: Wash regularly in washing machine, add to laundry bag if you have one, use cold cycle and line dry in sun to naturally whiten.

If scrubbies have marks, pre-soak using a gentle stain remover or soak with bi-carb soda which will gently lift stains and extend the life of your scrubbies without using harsh chemicals.

2. Plant the paper (a single layer is best) under 3-5mm of quality soil.
3. Water thoroughly.
4. Ensure the seeded paper is kept moist throughout the germination period.
5. Keep protected from extreme weather if outside.

Oregano is a culinary herb. It prefers well-draining soil in full sun and can grow to a height of around 30cm. While it can tolerate cool conditions, it should be protected from frosts. Planting is best done when conditions are warmer. Germination in warm conditions usually occurs in approximately 7 to 14 days. It can be grown in containers.

Seeds are interspersed throughout the seeded paper. So feel free to tear it up and plant in several different places around your garden, or in multiple pots. If using soil from garden shops we recommend using new seed raising mix to plant your seeded paper in. The best advice we can give regarding planting your seeded paper is to keep it moist throughout the germination period. If the seeded paper is allowed to dry out after its initial watering, it may contract slightly and damage delicate seedlings which may have begun to sprout.

EcoSticks: HOW TO COMPOST (PREFERRED):
Composting is preferred if you have the option - simply throw the stick/box into your home compost bin. To help it break down more quickly, soak it in a glass of water for 24 hours. Leftover zinc is also 100% compostable.

HOW TO RECYCLE:
To recycle, place your stick/box straight in the recycle bin to give it another life. Make sure the product inside is completely used up, before placing it in the recycle bin.

Oil Cleanser: RECYCLE ME:
Bottle & Lid: Either throw your empty aluminium bottle in your recycle bin with lid on, or refill it with something else.

Cork gasket: The inner cork gasket can be left in the bottle for recycling or it can be home composted. If left inside the lid, it will be incinerated during aluminium recycling, which is normal.

Face Scrubbies: These will last years but when they have completely run out of life, chop them into small pieces and add them to your home compost or garden waste bin. They are 100% home compostable, cotton will decompose within around 5 months.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

How do I track my order?
With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).
