Why we love it

Bamboo Dish Brush: Stylish, and easy to use. Simply screw of the head when it needs replacing, pop it in the compost and replace with a new dish brush head.

Bamboo Pot Scraper: For the stubbornest of stains and baked on food, this pot scraper gets the job done. It's easy to use, and looks great in any kitchen, and does the heavy lifting so our other kitchen cleaning utensils look better for longer.

Coconut Scourer: Of all the ones we tested, this had the best shape to hold (don't worry its not as spikey as you might think!). This perfectly rounded shape also gets into every nook and cranny, and actually looks stylish in the kitchen!

Swedish Dish Cloth: Minimise the need for paper towels, dishcloths and sponges — replacing them with this one magic Swedish dishcloth! It's made from 100% natural fibres, 7x more absorbent than a paper towel and can be chucked in the dishwasher or washing machine to clean it.

– It's 7x more absorbent than a paper towel
– It replaces 17 rolls of paper towels (reducing your carbon footprint)
– Swap out synthetic dishcloths and sponges (which can release microfibres into the ocean every time you use them)
– It's made from 100% natural fibres
– 1 cloth can last 9-12 months saving you money in the long-term
– They are reusable for up to 100 washes
– The quick-drying properties of cotton and cellulose mean odours (and bacteria) are much less likely to develop
– They biodegrade in only 8 weeks without any negative impact to the environment

Dishwashing Block: This economical alternative replaces 2-3 regular bottles of dishwashing liquid, getting you one step closer to a plastic-free kitchen.

Use for a fresh, non-streak finish on your dishes. Enjoy extracts of lemon-scented gum and eucalyptus for their subtle but pleasing scents, as well as their powerful natural odour-neutralising qualities, for sparkling clean dishes.

Ceramic Soap Dish: Katherine's passion for ceramics shows in each unique piece. You will be sure to get comments on how lovely they look and are the perfect fit for our botanical hand soap and dish block.

Gift Card: Great solution to gift cards that usually come packaged in plastic or have coatings or embellishments that make them unrecylcable. Instead give the gift that keeps on giving in the form of Oregano! Plus, how cute are they!

What's inside

Bamboo Dish Brush: 100% natural, biodegradable and home compostable materials. Sisal Fibre, which is a by product from the Agave plant when making tequila - the perfect natural alternative to plastic bristles. Combined with an ergonomic bamboo handle with a protective finish of non-toxic Linseed Oil and a Jute Cord to give the option to hang the brush to dry between uses which extends the longevity of the dish brush.

Bamboo Pot Scraper: 100% natural, biodegradable and home compostable Bamboo.

Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on the planet, It can grow 3 feet in height in 24 hours making it a very environmentally sustainable material to use.

Coconut Scourer: EcoCoconut products are made with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified recycled Rubber tree's grown in a plantation. The bristles are made from sustainably farmed coconut husk's which is the outside of dried coconuts.

Swedish Dish Cloth: Made from cellulose and cotton natural fibers.

Dishwashing Block: Saponified Coconut Oil (Sodium Cocoate), Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Australian Lemon-Scented Gum (Eucalyptus Citriodora), Australian Lemon Myrtle Oil (Backhousia Citriodora), Australian Eucalyptus Oil (Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil)

Ceramic Soap Dish: These are made from Australian materials bought from an Australian clay supplier and glazed with recipes of Katherine's own making. No clay is wasted as any offcuts are simply soaked down before being reconstituted into a workable state. Then the clay is rolled out like pastry ready to cut the shapes. I love the humanity of each one being slightly different and sometimes revealing the marks of the maker.

Gift Card: The seed paper is handmade and therefore subject to variation in its thickness. On average the seed paper is approximately 180-200gsm.

Where it's made

Bamboo Dish Brush and Pot Scraper: Made ethically in China.

Dishwashing Block: Locally made in Penrith by mother-daughter duo at Shampoo With A Purpose. The first Australian company to encourage the packaging free display of naked soap bars, championing a minimal-waste brand all the way since 1983.

Ceramic Soap Dish: St Ives by the lovely Katherine Mahoney Ceramics. In a wooden cabin tucked away at the bottom of her leafy garden, Katherine creates beautiful hand-thrown ceramics. Every piece is unique, and a style we instantly fell in love with.

Swedish Dish Cloth: This feels a bit like the airline videos of how to put on your seatbelt, buuuut — if this is the first time you've ever used a cloth in your life, you'll be glad to know it's very easy! Just wet the cloth and drop it on spills to soak them up, or run over counter tops and appliances in smooth zen motions. Chuck it in the dishwasher or washing machine once a week and it'll spruce right up. Magic.

Dishwashing Block: There are many ways that you can use it, here are a few methods we suggest:
- Simply rub the bar with your cleaning utensil, and wash dishes
- Grate and mix with hot or boiling water to make a liquid soap (great for re-using your existing soap dispensers)
- Leave soaking in a shallow plate, you can use the water on your scrubber, or pour directly onto dishes.
- For pots and pans with build-up and grime, grate a light amount then fill with hot water and soak for easy cleaning.

The bars are 100% natural and skin-safe, you can even use it to wash your hands when you’re on the go in the kitchen.

Do not use in a machine dishwasher.

Keep the bar on your sink in a tray, dish, soap holder or shallow plate. We love the way it looks on our Katherine Mahony's ceramic dish holders!

Ceramic Soap Dish: Please keep in mind that Katherine’s ceramics are all handmade so sizes are approximate and some variations in form and glaze makes each piece unique.

Gift Card: 1. Choose an appropriate spot to plant your seeded paper (see details below)
2. Plant the paper (a single layer is best) under 3-5mm of quality soil.
3. Water thoroughly.
4. Ensure the seeded paper is kept moist throughout the germination period.
5. Keep protected from extreme weather if outside.

Oregano is a culinary herb. It prefers well-draining soil in full sun and can grow to a height of around 30cm. While it can tolerate cool conditions, it should be protected from frosts. Planting is best done when conditions are warmer. Germination in warm conditions usually occurs in approximately 7 to 14 days. It can be grown in containers.

Seeds are interspersed throughout the seeded paper. So feel free to tear it up and plant in several different places around your garden, or in multiple pots. If using soil from garden shops we recommend using new seed raising mix to plant your seeded paper in. The best advice we can give regarding planting your seeded paper is to keep it moist throughout the germination period. If the seeded paper is allowed to dry out after its initial watering, it may contract slightly and damage delicate seedlings which may have begun to sprout.

Blank internal card.
Folded Size: 60x80mm.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Thank you for your understanding.
