HERO INGREDIENTS
Zinc oxide: Non-nano zinc oxide protects your skin from UVA and UVB rays while working as a soothing anti-inflammatory to reactive, angry skin.

Vitamin E: A powerful antioxidant that preserves the product and can prevent free radical damage on the skin.

Coconut oil: Rich in fatty acids and antioxidant properties, our soothing coconut oil reduces signs of ageing and dull skin.

Active Ingredient: Zinc oxide 227.5 mg/g

Inactive Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (from coconut oil), castor oil, coconut oil, candelilla wax, polyglyceryl-3 polyricinoleate (from castor bean), hydrogenated castor oil, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), isostearic acid (from rapeseed oil).

In Victoria, Australia, by Winki Zinc founder Belinda, who has a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and environmental education.

They are operated by a 100% solar powered lab and office, and all their products are made in Australia. Their supply chains are short and transparent, with 90% of their ingredients being sourced from Australian growers.

Australia has one of the highest standards for sunscreen in the world. So it's legit, TGA certified and approved. AUST L 354460

Water resistant up to 4 hours. So, you can swim, cycle, run, or dance your heart out at that salsa class and stay protected.

Apply everyday (seriously!) to face & body 20 mins before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or after swimming, sweating or towelling. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Wear protective clothing, hat and sunglasses when outdoors.

HOW MUCH: FACE - 1 pea size blob or 1/4 tsp should do it.
FACE & NECK - 2 pea size blob or 1/2 tsp.
You should see a nice & light sheen. If you see whiteness, there might be too much there, spread it.

STORAGE: Store below 30°C, preferably in a cool dark place. Wrap it in a towel or place it in your bag when outdoors. Treat it like a soft drink can.

HOT TIP: Put it in your esky when you're at the beach, apply cold to face and voila! SPF Facial. You're welcome :)

CAUTION: External use only. Do not use on broken or damaged skin, Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear.

The whole thing including lid can go in the Recycling bin, no need to clean it, just leave the lid on and pop it in! Cardboard box can go in the recycling bin or home compost. Cork seal can go in the home compost or just leave it attached if you don't have one.

Do you offer local PICK UP?

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

How do I track my order?
With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

The estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. For the most up to date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).
