What's inside

Saponified Coconut Oil (Sodium Cocoate), Citrus Oil (D-Limonene), Australian Lemon Myrtle Oil (Backhousia Citriodora)

Australian Lemon Myrtle is a natural antimicrobial and D-Limonene is a highly-effective cleaning agent derived from citrus (and smells oh so amazing!)

Locally made in Penrith by mother-daughter duo at Shampoo With A Purpose. The first Australian company to encourage the packaging free display of naked soap bars, championing a minimal-waste brand all the way since 1983.

care instructions

Use on washable fabrics, spot-test first on delicates before applying.

For stain removal: Apply to stain as soon as possible. Wet the end of the stick and stained area of fabric with cold water, and rub stick onto stain vigorously. Rinse and repeat until the stain is gone. Use on collars and stubborn areas as a pre-wash treatment.

For cleaning when travelling: Submerge in water and swish with stick. Rub target areas with bar directly, rinse well and hang to dry.

How to dispose of it

Packaging can go in the home compost or recycling bin.

Do you offer local PICK UP?

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

How do I track my order?
With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

The estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. For the most up to date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).

We are thrilled with the delivery providers we work with and are confident your parcel will arrive in the timeframe as mentioned above.
