HERO INGREDIENTS
Avocado Oil: Praised for deeply moisturising dry, flaky skin and provides a protective barrier between your skin and the elements. We guarantee that our Avocado oil comes from Australian growers only, to ensure good working conditions and low transport miles.

Australian Jojoba Oil: Extremely high in Vitamin E for UV, free-radical and pollutant protection. Suitable for all skin types and a low comedogenic oil, which means it does not clog pores.

Australian Macadamia Oil: Rich in antioxidants, fatty acids and essential vitamins to promote radiant, plump skin. It absorbs easily and feels light on the skin. Our macadamia oil comes cold pressed from a Certified Organic farm, so you can be sure no chemicals have been used in the process.

Zinc: has been used for centuries to heal and protect the skin. Today it's popularity in modern sunscreens has exploded due to it's safety for both the skin and the environment, as well as it's unparalleled ability to physically block UVA/UVB rays.

But did you know that zinc oxide is also widely used in healing applications such as in acne and baby rash formulas? Well friends, that's what makes zinc such a fabulous all-rounder and a skin saver for so many people.

In Victoria, Australia, by Winki Zinc founder Belinda, who has a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and environmental education.

They are operated by a 100% solar powered lab and office, and all their products are made in Australia. Their supply chains are short and transparent, with 90% of their ingredients being sourced from Australian growers.

CARE FOR YOUR STICK:
To open – Gently push the bottom disc to dispense zinc. If it comes up too far, tap the tube on a flat surface. Avoid pushing down with your fingers!
To close – Wipe any zinc residue off the rim before replacing the lid. Gently place the lid on without forcing it. A slight twist to the right usually secures it in place.

HOW TO USE:
Apply directly to the face as the final step in your beauty routine - i.e. over primer, after makeup – or simply use it on its own. Reapply as desired.
Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure

Layer Sunslayer SPF50 underneath the tinted face zinc for maximum protection and keep this tube in your bag to reapply as desired.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Always wear sunscreen when spending long periods of time outdoors.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure, and make sure you re-apply frequently in accordance with directions.
Sunscreen is only one component of sun protection so always wear a hat, protective clothing and eyewear when you’re in the sun.
Store below 30 degrees celsius away from direct sunlight.
Use within 2 years of opening.

HOW TO COMPOST (PREFERRED):
Composting is preferred if you have the option - simply throw the stick/box into your home compost bin. To help it break down more quickly, soak it in a glass of water for 24 hours. Leftover zinc is also 100% compostable.

HOW TO RECYCLE:
To recycle, place your stick/box straight in the recycle bin to give it another life. Make sure the product inside is completely used up, before placing it in the recycle bin.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, please make sure to leave an address we can send it to instead.

How do I track my order?
With every order, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. You can also enter your tracking number here https://try.sendle.com/tracking

When will my order arrive?
Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days:

For all orders going to NSW approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.
For all express orders in Australia – 2 Days.
For all orders going to NZ approx. 10 - 16 Business days.
For all other International orders approx. 10 - 30 Business days.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

Unfortunately no. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed. However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!), you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with one of our team members and they will assist you.

Help, my delivery address is wrong!
We’ve all done it…
Email us straight away and we will see if we can change it! Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you.

Is it possible my parcel did not arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days (in Australia) or 30 days (Internationally), please let us know via hello@zilch.store.

What if I was not home when they delivered?
No panic. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe. If not, they will bring it to your post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too!).
